Psych, Drawings, and the Hunger Games

So lately I've been obsessed with this awesome crime scene show called Psych. It's about this guy named Shawn Spencer who pretends to be a psychic and helps the Santa Barbara Police Department solve crimes with his best friend Burton Guster (aka Gus). They're endlessly funny (mostly because Shawn is like mentally nine) and they always seem to beat Carlton Lassiter and Juliet O'Hara to many solutions to cases. It's quite amusing to watch and there's a pineapple in every episode. :) I like pineapples :)
They are happy. :) In other news, I'm going to start uploading my drawings on here. :) My current style is manga. I think I've got the hang of it. :) What do you think?

I entered this in a contest for this series I like. I think it's pretty good if I do say so myself. I didn't win the contest but it's not a big deal. Anyways, on Thursday I saw the midnight premier of the Hunger Games with my friends Kay, James, and Miles. It was so awesome! We got there like three and a half hours early. We totally spazzed out the whole night and it was so fun. :) I liked the movie but I have a couple of criticisms. For starters, they changed how Katniss got the Mockingjay pin. Also, I didn't really like the actor they picked for Cinna. I would have picked like Martin Short or someone like that to play him. Also, they made the cave scenes too awkward. It didn't really feel too natural. However they did Effie really well. I don't think they could've found anyone better. Well, DFTBA and LTTB! :)

Diffendoofer Day is Tomorrow! As is Pi Day :)

So my school, Oxford Preparatory Academy (OPA) is celebrating Diffendoofer Day from the Dr. Seuss book Hooray for Diffendoofer Day. Well technically its not completely written by Dr. Seuss because he died before he could write it so other people compiled together his notes for it and wrote it. It's a very cool book about this school where the teachers teach the kids all these silly things and then they have a huge major test to take and if they don't get a high score they'll have to go to this really sad and boring school. So they take the test and they get a high score so they celebrate by having Diffendoofer Day (the school is called Diffendoofer School) where they eat cake and milk and pizza. (yes, it's a weird combination) So yeah. It's really awesome. I wonder if the Beatles read Dr. Seuss books when they were little... not likely, but still! It'd be cool. In other news, tomorrow is March 14, otherwise known as PI DAY!!!!!! YAY! (cue the blowing of party horn things that curl and confetti) :) I love pi. I was seriously obsessed with it in 6th grade. I drew little pis (pis? pii?) that lookes like other things for example ca candle with a pi shaped flame. (called a Pidle)  My faves were the Pisettia, the Pidal wave, and the Piscraper. Yeah, I have issues. :) So anyway, in spirit of Pi Day, I will now type all the digits of pi that I currently have memorized: 3.1415926...
I can't remember past that. Here's what I'd like to be able to remember:
3.1415926535897932384626433827950...
I finally am able to but I kinda have to sing it. Anyways, happy Pi Day and DFTBA and LTTB!!!! :)

Awesome teacher is awesome

So last year (6th grade) I had this made of awesome math/science teacher (possibly in his late 20s) and when we would do independent work in class he would play music from these awesome Indy rock bands that everyone else in the class didn't like but I thought they where awesome but anyways, one day he put his iPod on and the first song that started to play was Cath... by Death Cab for Cutie.Being a huge Death Cab fan and being in the seat right next to his desk I said, "I love Death Cab for Cutie." And he looked at me and he kind of gave me this look like "How old you?" And he asked me if I had heard You Are a Tourist and I said yeah but that I hadn't heard there new album yet. So yeah, it was a pretty awesome day.
