I CAN DRAWS ON COMPUTER!! =D=D

So, I had some free time today after I had a band audition and I decided to enhance one of my drawings from last year using mspaint. Not very easy. So I mentioned my frustrations to my awesome computer whiz dad and he showed me, again, how paint.net is better for drawing than mspaint. So now, thanks to him, I have an amazing drawing of amazingness that looks amazing. :)

Did I mention that it's amazing? :) This is actually no random drawing. It is a portrayal of one of my newest characters in my series, The Silverstones Adventures. Her name is Selina Kenda and I guess she doesn't quite look like this. Her hair is longer and her skin is more tan. But this is my first attempt at computer drawing and this drawing wasn't originally Selina. It was originally Rose Miogami but that's all right. :) Anyways, I've got nothing more to say so DFTBA! :)

P.S. School let out yesterday so now is time for summer! :)

Psych Quiz Results

So I was bored so I took some "What Psych Character Are You?" quizzes. Here were my results:

Lassie: 3 times
Jules: 1 time
Shawn: 1 time
Gus 1 time

Am I really that similar to Lassie? I think I'm an odd mixture of the four. I think I have Lassie's by-the-book attitude and his irritation with people who do things that are wrong or technically incorrect or annoying; Jules' compassion; Shawn's quirkiness, laziness, childishness, and love for pineapple; and Gus's intelligence and stubbornness.
In short, I'm a childish, laid-back, and compassionate Lassie. Well, I guess that would make me more like Lassie than the others. Hm. That works for me. Lassie is my favorite character aside from Shawn and Gus so it's all good. :) Oh, I love Psych. :) Probably as much as Shawn and Gus love bunnies. :)

Well, TTFN, ta ta for now! :) DFTBA and LTTB :)

Psych, Drawings, and the Hunger Games

So lately I've been obsessed with this awesome crime scene show called Psych. It's about this guy named Shawn Spencer who pretends to be a psychic and helps the Santa Barbara Police Department solve crimes with his best friend Burton Guster (aka Gus). They're endlessly funny (mostly because Shawn is like mentally nine) and they always seem to beat Carlton Lassiter and Juliet O'Hara to many solutions to cases. It's quite amusing to watch and there's a pineapple in every episode. :) I like pineapples :)
They are happy. :) In other news, I'm going to start uploading my drawings on here. :) My current style is manga. I think I've got the hang of it. :) What do you think?

I entered this in a contest for this series I like. I think it's pretty good if I do say so myself. I didn't win the contest but it's not a big deal. Anyways, on Thursday I saw the midnight premier of the Hunger Games with my friends Kay, James, and Miles. It was so awesome! We got there like three and a half hours early. We totally spazzed out the whole night and it was so fun. :) I liked the movie but I have a couple of criticisms. For starters, they changed how Katniss got the Mockingjay pin. Also, I didn't really like the actor they picked for Cinna. I would have picked like Martin Short or someone like that to play him. Also, they made the cave scenes too awkward. It didn't really feel too natural. However they did Effie really well. I don't think they could've found anyone better. Well, DFTBA and LTTB! :)

Diffendoofer Day is Tomorrow! As is Pi Day :)

So my school, Oxford Preparatory Academy (OPA) is celebrating Diffendoofer Day from the Dr. Seuss book Hooray for Diffendoofer Day. Well technically its not completely written by Dr. Seuss because he died before he could write it so other people compiled together his notes for it and wrote it. It's a very cool book about this school where the teachers teach the kids all these silly things and then they have a huge major test to take and if they don't get a high score they'll have to go to this really sad and boring school. So they take the test and they get a high score so they celebrate by having Diffendoofer Day (the school is called Diffendoofer School) where they eat cake and milk and pizza. (yes, it's a weird combination) So yeah. It's really awesome. I wonder if the Beatles read Dr. Seuss books when they were little... not likely, but still! It'd be cool. In other news, tomorrow is March 14, otherwise known as PI DAY!!!!!! YAY! (cue the blowing of party horn things that curl and confetti) :) I love pi. I was seriously obsessed with it in 6th grade. I drew little pis (pis? pii?) that lookes like other things for example ca candle with a pi shaped flame. (called a Pidle)  My faves were the Pisettia, the Pidal wave, and the Piscraper. Yeah, I have issues. :) So anyway, in spirit of Pi Day, I will now type all the digits of pi that I currently have memorized: 3.1415926...
I can't remember past that. Here's what I'd like to be able to remember:
3.1415926535897932384626433827950...
I finally am able to but I kinda have to sing it. Anyways, happy Pi Day and DFTBA and LTTB!!!! :)

Awesome teacher is awesome

So last year (6th grade) I had this made of awesome math/science teacher (possibly in his late 20s) and when we would do independent work in class he would play music from these awesome Indy rock bands that everyone else in the class didn't like but I thought they where awesome but anyways, one day he put his iPod on and the first song that started to play was Cath... by Death Cab for Cutie.Being a huge Death Cab fan and being in the seat right next to his desk I said, "I love Death Cab for Cutie." And he looked at me and he kind of gave me this look like "How old you?" And he asked me if I had heard You Are a Tourist and I said yeah but that I hadn't heard there new album yet. So yeah, it was a pretty awesome day.

Chinese fire drill lols

So I was coming home from a church activity and while driving home, one of boys from the other car does a chinese fire drill and runs over to our car and waves at us while running around our car and we look at each other and started cracking up. Oh Chinese fire drill.

Mission Gone Awry...Again

So mon ami Emilia went on a secret mission again even though she keeps getting captured by the Empire. What happened was she wanted to go see the ginger-bell flowers bloom but Ben was bedridden and the Council would not let her go without him. (If you ask me she should have gone with James but, as usual, no one listens to my genius) Emilia, being the rebel that she is, went anyway. That was when she was captured by the Empire...again. She put up a good fight but she was outnumbered twenty to one. She was knocked out and taken to the Death Star where she was tortured for information about the prophecy. She was hammered with questions as they experimented different methods of torture on her. They drew out all her blood to see if it would kill her, but fortunately she survived... but just barely. On the third night, Yoda came to her in a vision and blocked her memory of James and the prophecy... but not without giving her a way to retrieve it. Yoda had Emilia pick a trigger, something to jog her memory and tell her that James was safe. She took a long time to decide, for what could tell her that James was safe? She eventually decided and her memories began slipping away. She tried to hold on to them but they kept dissolving. The last thing she remembered was his smiling face, but even that faded into darkness.Obi-wan, and I rescued her the next day. Emilia was writhing in pain. We took her to the infirmary where they injected some solution in her with really big needles. I turned away, for it was too painful to watch. Emilia eventually became well again... for the most part. She still had no memory of James but if we mentioned yellow or thirteen she would start cracking up. We still have no idea what the trigger could be but we try our hardest to discover it. I am mostly concerned about what will happen when James finds out about this. He and Emilia are very close and he will most likely be devastated. I hope all will turn out okay.

Teal Out and Meet the Press

Okay so this week at OPA we have MAJORS classes at the end of the day. I was put in Meet the Press along with Emilia, Erryn, and Ean. We were assigned to write a story on the MAJORS class, World of Color, and the trip to China over Winter Break that three teachers and Mrs. Roche went on.We were all like: YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!! Mostly because James is in World of Color. :) We got to interview him and Emilia listened to the recording, like, three times in a row. :) It's very fun to tease Emilia. :)

In other news, today was the OPA Teal Out day and we had to dress up in as much teal as humanly possible. It was very fun because we didnt have to do any work all day and we got to decorate the class. Emilia and I drew a giant picture of three of the "jocks" in our class. It was awesome because we did it really fast and it was huge. It was really funny because the guys kept telling us to make them more buff and Emilia and I were like, you've reached the limit! You've already got like five biceps! It was very amusing. Also, at the end of the day, there was the pep rally and Miles, James, and I were in the band and it was really fun because our band teacher was all like: ARE YOU READY?!! and we were all like: WE'RE ALWAYS READY!!!! And then he was like: ARE YOU READY?!?! and then we were like: WE'RE ALWAYS READY!!!!!!!!! and then he was like: ARE! YOU! READY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! and then we were like: WE'RE ALWAYS READY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was very fun. And then after that he was all like: SQUAD ATTEN...HUT!!  and then we were all like: ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was very fun, needless to say. Also at the pep rally, the principal announced the best classroom of the lower grade (Miss Gottbrecht's class) and then the upper grades. My class won and we were all like: YYYYYYEEEEEAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! And since Miles and James are in a different class than us they were sore losers and James was all like: I'm never going to high-five you again and Miles had this look of utter disgust on his face that was hilarious and I was cracking up. :) Quite a fun day. :)

Anyways, that's all I have to say for now so DFTBA and LTTB!!!!!!

Mispronunciations and Art Club

Hello personages. So today I had choir practice and we were singing a song from Bizet’s Carmen. It was in French and so our substitute choir director was teaching us how to pronounce the words. Well, James, Miles and I all take French in school and I noticed that he was pronouncing some of the words wrong, for example he pronounced Quadrille: qwa-dree-yuh but it should be pronounced: ca-dree-yuh I told James and he was like: yeah you’re right but before we could tell him, practice was over. I was all like: ARRRRRRGGGHHHH in my head.  And when we were walking out of the building, I was walking backwards because I was talking to Miles, James, and my other friend Kay and I bumped into the edge of a wall and I was all like: O_O and then I was all like: XD Yeah… I need to rethink my life strategy. J

Also, I have started an art club at my school (not very organized though.J) and we sit at this table under a tree next to a yellow storage unit where we keep all the P.E. equipment and so we decided to call the spot: The Octopus’s Garden in the Shade next to the Yellow Submarine. Yup… two Beatles songs… so happy! J Anyways, DFTBA and LTTB! J

YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!! :)

Yay!!! I finally got a mouse for my computer!!!! I can post again!!!!! So anyway, lately I've gotten into House of Anubis. It's a really cool show about this group of kids at a boarding school in England who discover this creepy conspiracy that involves all the teachers and staff at the school when one of the students, Joy, goes missing and they try to solve it. It's super awesome and Brad Kavanagh (he's the actor who plays Fabian Rutter) looks very much like the Beatles :) I like it a lot and have been watching it all weekend :) Also, I got the Beatles CD Help! today. I was very happy because the movie is hilarious :) Well that's all I have to say for now. :) DFTBA and LTTB! :)

Sorry For The Delay :)

I'm sorry that I haven't posted all week. My computer's mouse broke and I haven't got a new one yet. I finally was able to get on my dad's computer and post today. :) Anyway, on Wednesday during computer lab, my teacher Mr. Holt made us go on wordle.net and make a really cool word cloud. It was awesome needless to say, so I made one at home (well two actually) that has to do with the blog :) I think it sums the blog up pretty nicely, don't you think? :)
Anyway, I'm probably going to get a mouse soon so I can post more frequently again. :) In the meantime, DFTBA and LTTB! :)

Hi

So the ponds are leaveing :( this has been a tired post

Comics, Disneyland, and Monty Python

Hey personages! As the Giant Squid of Awesome said, we are starting a new comic that I have titled The Whovian and the Screamie. It's about two girls who go about life in very unique and interesting ways. Here's the first strip: (click on it to see it better)

Okay so I went to Disneyland with my friend yesterday and we went on all the cool stuff. Well, we went to Innoventions too and there was a player piano that had a screen with a guy playing the song that was playing on the piano. Now I, trying to follow the moving keys, got really irritated with the bajillions of keys moving so I voiced my frustration saying, "How can this guy play this?? He must have, like, ten fingers!" My friend started cracking up and I didn'y realize wy until, like, five seconds later. So yeah, stupid comment. :) Well anyways when I got home, I was on my iPod, flipping through my Camera Roll and found two quotes from Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail:

"Tis but a scratch."
"A scratch?! Your arm's off!"
"No it isn't."
and
"We are no longer the knights who say ni! We are now the knights who say ekki ekki ekki pitang zoom boing!"

Very confusing if you haven't seen the movie so I asked my mom and dad about it and they showed me the movie. It is very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very random and bizzare. The entire movie makes no sense (especially the ending) and the credits are REALLY hilarious. You can only appreciate this movie when it's like 1:00 in the morning. Otherwise you'll just think it's stupid (which it is) and weird. But it's a great movie to watch at a sleepover or something like that. :) Well, that's all I have to say for now! DFTBA and LTTB! (listen to the Beatles) :)

Lord of the Rings is Awesome :)

Okay so today I made my brother watch The Fellowship of the Ring with me today so I could explain who Legolas is. (He's an elf who has never missed when using a bow and arrow and is AWESOME. The actor who plays him also plays Will in Pirates of the Carribean.) So yeah, and we were also quoting Gandalf's "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" thing. It was funny. But most of the time I was ranting about how AWESOME Legolas is. He's like my favorite character in the entire trilogy. (Second fav is Gimli, third is Gandalf, tied for fourth is Merry and Pip. I like Legolas and Gimli's little competition haha) Now I really wonder how in blue blazes did they make the Orcs?? I mean seriously. My guesses are either really really really good makeup or incredible animation. Oh well, all I know is that J. R. R. Tolkien is a genius and that Sauron is creepy. And did anyone else notice that they had British accents?? (well the Hobbits, Gandalf, and I think Legolas but I'm not too sure about him.) Oh and Gandalf looks like Dumbledore. I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same actor. Anyway, DFTBA and elves are cool (it would be awesome to be an elf :) )
